I should have posted this sooner but had to take emergency leave last week.  Sorry.

bamaLAN is back in action and is gearing up for their two-day BYOC LAN Party to be held at the University of Alabama in Tuscaloosa on February 27-28, the weekend after this upcoming LANifesto.  The event will be put on by the Crimson Gamers Institute, with some assistance from LANifesto.  (All three of our staff members are said to be attending and we'll be providing dedicated server configs for the tournaments).

So, how's about them details?

• February 27-28 from 4:30pm - 10:30am
• Capacity for 100 Gamers
• 100% Gigabit-Switched LAN
• COD4, CS:S, TF2, OpenArena (Quake 3) tournaments
• $10 attendance + $3 parking

Don't let the now-low attendance numbers scare you.  Most everyone that will attend is a UA student and we're really the first public group to ever intrude on their LAN ^_^.  Even if the numbers somehow manage to stay low, enough of LANifesto will be present that we can party on just like any other LAN, but with gigabit.  Frag on!
